The Chairman and Managing Director of Phalanx is Mr. Gyasi Caesar, an I.T. professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field of cybersecurity. 

He has repeatedly led teams to successful outcomes in projects related to the design and implementation of secure enterprise information technology architectures. 

Mr. Caesar’s considerable knowledge in the field has benefited several local and regional organizations by allowing them to successfully create infrastructures based on the core principles of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy. 

He has provided cybersecurity consultation, design, and implementation services to organizations responsible for the most sensitive types of data.

By aligning internal policies, procedures, and practices with internationally accepted best practices and standards, he has aided in the fulfilment of their statutory, stakeholder and operational technology requirements. 

His experience spans a wide cross section of industries and sectors including:

• Banking & Insurance

• Hospitality 

Mr. Caesar is a PECB Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

He is also the holder of a Master’s Degree in Operational Cybersecurity from the University of Greenwich, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Andrew’s University.
